This summer, we are highlighting Unlock Her Potential, a fiscally sponsored program of United Charitable focused on helping women of color 18 and older in the US ascend to decision-making positions by providing mentorship and professional development.
Earlier this year, Sophia Chang, a trailblazing music industry executive, author of The Baddest Bitch in the Room, and founder of Unlock Her Potential, hosted the inspiring sUPosium, a vibrant gathering designed to uplift and connect women of color. Through her fiscally sponsored program at United Charitable, Sophia provides the mentorship she once wished for herself, creating a powerful network that helps women navigate careers, pivot boldly, and confidently lead.
We’re proud to support changemakers like Sophia who are building spaces of authentic community, empowerment, and impact.
