Julia Healey

Julia Healey casts the overall vision for United Charitable. In her role as CEO, Mrs. Healey oversees the implementation of strategic initiatives and works closely with United Charitable’s Board of Directors to grow the organization. Julia Healey oversees the donor advised funds and investment relationships with Wealth Advisors for United Charitable. She has been a part of our organization since 2005. Mrs. Healey holds a B.S. in Business Administration in Accounting and Finance and an MBA specializing in Finance.

Aejaz Dar has almost two decades of experience in estate and philanthropic planning and estate administration and, with that, has worked with families in developing strategies to transfer wealth in a manner that is consistent with their values, goals, and objectives. Mr. Dar received his B.A. from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from NYU School of Law.

Ryan Ramirez

Ryan Ramirez has spent his sales, business development, and partnerships career in a number of industries, including digital advertising, eCommerce, global payroll technology, and now serves as the Director of Business Development for the Collage Group in Bethesda, Maryland. He completed his B. A in 2.5 years at the University of California, Berkeley in Interdisciplinary Business Studies. He is currently studying to attain his Graduate Degree as a Master of Interdisciplinary Business Studies at The George Washington University School of Business.

Emily High Daniels

Emily has over 20 years’ experience providing complex wealth planning, philanthropic planning, and trustee services. She started her career in the Trust, Estates and Charitable Organizations practice of King & Spalding in Atlanta, Georgia, spent many years with RIAs and family offices, and currently serves as an independent trustee for a single family. Emily’s personal philanthropic interests are centered on community wealth building and financial literacy. Emily received her B.A. from Hampton University, her J.D. from Columbia Law School, and her M.B.A. and M.S. in Business Analytics from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Renuka Racha, MBA

Consultant | Mobile, Wireless & Telecommunications Industry

Renuka Racha is a dynamic strategy and business leader with a strong technical background, product management & business development experience in mobile, wireless, and telecom technologies. She excels in building cross-functional teams and creating strategic partnerships to successfully market innovative products and solutions. Renuka came to the US in pursuit of a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and became a naturalized US Citizen. She strongly believes in giving back to the community, and was an active member of the charitable contributions committee in her previous company, participated in several community events in the past 15 years. She also works with a couple of non-profit organizations that provide K-12 education & all-round development of children from economically challenged families in her home town in India.

Jason Lee

Jason Lee serves as the CEO for the Home Care Association of America (HCAOA), the industry’s leading trade association for home care providers. It represents the industry’s unified voice in Washington, DC, and state governments nationwide. HCAOA represents more than 4,500 agencies across the United States. Prior to joining HCAOA, Jason served as Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to the President at the American Dental Education Association (ADEA), a $30 million organization representing academic dentistry. Prior to joining ADEA, Jason served as the Chief Advocacy and Strategy Officer and General Counsel, as well as the interim President & CEO, at the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), the association representing individuals and organizations that raise more than $100 billion in charitable contributions every year around the world for countless causes. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Jason holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from The University of Texas at Aus????n; a Masters of Arts degree from Binghamton University in Binghamton, New York; and a Juris Doctorate from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. He is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland. He lives with his two daughters in Chantilly, Virginia.

Sara M. Grohl

Vice President, Head of Business Risk, T. Rowe Price – Baltimore, MD

Sara Grohl is a Vice President of T. Rowe Price Group, a global asset management firm headquartered in Baltimore, MD.  Sara has over 25 years of experience as a finance and risk professional.  At T. Rowe Price, she is responsible for leading the firm’s business risk program across its North America operations.  Prior to T. Rowe Price, Sara was employed by FINRA in the areas of investment product analysis, risk, and securities regulation. Prior to FINRA, Sara worked at AIG Investments and FitchRatings specializing in credit risk and structured finance.  She holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.

Daniel Spence

Danielle Spence is Vice President and Wealth Advisor in the Nashville office of Bernstein Private Wealth Management. She specializes in creating personalized wealth management strategies for high-net-worth individuals and founders, leveraging her expertise in trust and investment management, as well as commercial banking and lending. Danielle focuses on guiding clients through financial and life transitions, including business succession planning and asset protection. Her compassionate approach ensures clients are prepared for life’s challenges. Before joining the firm in 2024, she served as wealth advisor for five years at Wealth Strategies Partners. Prior to that, she was a private banker for five years at ServisFirst Bank. She holds a BS in business management from Morehead State University and an MBA from Xavier University. Recognized as a Nashville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 honoree and a Power Leader in Finance, Danielle is a graduate of the Young Leaders Council and actively volunteers and serves on the investment committee with Friends Life Community. Outside of work, she is a member of Brentwood Baptist Church and enjoys her role as a mother to her daughter.
